How do I book my subscription?
Once you have purchased your package, simply reach out to us to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. To ensure you get the same appointment each month, we will book all of your facials in advance.
How do the payment plans work?
Our payment plans are provided through Aglow, who handle all of the customer support and administration for us. Your first payment will be debited from your account 24hrs after you complete your account. This is a super easy process and only takes a few minutes. If you need to update your payment details, or have any questions about your billing, you can contact them on 1300 585 130 or by emailing support@getaglow.co
Are there any extra fees associated with the payment plans?
Yes, each debit will incur a small transaction fee of 2.25%
Is there a lock-in period?
If you choose to pay by payment plan, you are bound by the nominated length of your chosen plan.
I need to cancel or reschedule my booking, how can I do this and how does this affect my package?
Our normal booking and cancellation policy still applies. We may not always be able to accommodate your desired booking change on late notice. Late cancellations severely impact all of our clients who cannot get their skin treated when they so need. So for your fellow skin lovers, please give us 48hrs notice so we can keep our books as open as possible.
Do the treatments in the package expire?
No! We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to push your treatments back. Let us know as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointments to suit.
Can I pause my payments?
Payments can be paused for up to 12 weeks. If you're going away on holiday, let us know and we can pause the payments until you're back.
Can I transfer my payment plan to a friend?
